Cross-cut saws

Description of the Saw 

Cross-cut saws of the UKS series are machines designed for trimming wood and wooden material. The basic structure is made of a solid welded frame fitted with a tilting arm with the saw aggregate. The movement of the arm is secured by the pneumatic cylinder with continuously regulated travel speed in the cut.

Work Safety

The machine fulfils strict requirements for work safety stipulated by respective EC standards.

Besides the basic safety elements, we offer a lot of accessories, such as complete covers, ejecting pneumatic shields, etc.

Conveyors

The UKS cross-cut saws can be complemented with several versions of conveyor systems for a simpler movement – powered roller conveyors, non-powered roller conveyors or built-in belt conveyors for automatic movement.

Measuring Systems

The prompt determination of the length of the trimmed material significantly increases the overall production capacity. Therefore, we produce and offer several accessories for accurate cutting dimension setting:

-Fixed stopper - manually adjustable at the rule of the roller conveyor, folding manually or pneumatically 

-NC system – a fully automated system with fast and accurate positioning and with the possibility to save the desired length in the computer memory to facilitate work.
