5. Output roller conveyor

Function Description

The operator inserts the completed pallet to the entry feed conveyor and confirms the process start. The pallet is automatically moved among individual operations without the need of operation up to the final outlet to the non-driven output conveyor. Individual motors of aggregates are started automatically upon pallet passage, after the work completion, they are switched off up to the arrival of the next one. At the output roller conveyor, the operator performs the final visual check and stacking.

Line pallet passage – 1 minute. Total production capacity – 2 pallets per minute – 840 pallets per shift (7 hours)
